The service

Drywash Restoration is a free referral service. We are not a restoration contractor. Calls are connected to independent, locally operating restoration companies, who perform and are responsible for all work. Verify any contractor's Arizona ROC license at roc.az.gov before signing.

Using drywashrestoration.com or calling our number is free. Any agreement for work is between you and the restoration company you choose.

No guarantee of work or response

We don't perform, supervise or guarantee restoration work, pricing, timing, licensing or insurance coverage. Availability depends on the independent companies serving your area. You're responsible for checking any company's license (roc.az.gov), insurance and references and for reading any contract before signing.

Information on this site

Guides and service descriptions are general information for Arizona homeowners, not professional, legal or insurance advice. Conditions in your home may differ. In an emergency involving electricity, gas or structural danger, leave the area and call 911 or your utility.

Your calls

You agree the information you give on a call is accurate and that you're authorized to request service for the property. You agree we may connect your call and share those details with a restoration company as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, make false or prank calls, attempt to access systems you're not authorized to use, or scrape content at a volume that affects the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Drywash isn't liable for the acts or omissions of restoration companies or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
