Who we are

Drywash Restoration ("Drywash", "we") operates drywashrestoration.com, a free referral service that connects people in Arizona with independent water damage restoration companies. We are not a restoration contractor.

What we collect

When you call: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and what you tell us or the restoration company about the damage and your ZIP code. Calls may be recorded.

When you browse: pages visited, the referring site, campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid), and device type. We don't ask for personal information on this website.

How we share it

We connect your call, and share the details you give on it, with an independent restoration company that serves your ZIP code so they can help you. Those companies have their own privacy practices.

We use service providers for hosting, call routing and tracking, and analytics. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your information for money.

Call tracking and recording

Calls to our number are routed through a call-tracking provider so they reach a restoration company serving your area. Calls may be recorded for quality, routing and billing purposes. The restoration company may call you back at the number you called from about your water damage.

Cookies and analytics

We store a small first-party record of how you arrived (for example, a search or an ad) in your browser for up to 30 days. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Tag Manager and related tools that may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser.

Retention and security

We keep call records as long as needed to route and bill calls, handle disputes and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
